Halo Reach Beta - End Results

2.7 Million people participated in the 18 day beta of Halo Reach
In that time those people racked up a total gameplay time of 16 million hours with an end result of 1.1 Billion Elites and Spartans killed in action.
Pretty big numbers for just a two week beta!
Check out the clip below of best of clips of the beta entitled "the Good, The Badass, and the Ugly"

Beta Updates

Halo Reach Beta gets extended! Dont get too excited its only an extra day. You can play until 11am Thursday morning!

Assassins Creed Brotherhood will be getting a multiplayer Beta this summer. No other details on this until E3 when all will be revealed! I can only imagine how important the beta will be for this game, as much as i welcome multiplayer for AC i just cant fathom how its going to play out.

In other Ubisoft news, Ghost Recon - Future Soldier is getting pushed back into march 2011, which as far as im concerned is a good thing. Too many great games coming out this fall, despite the fact that Future Soldier will be a day one for me.

Halo Reach Beta - All Good Things Come to an End

May 3rd- May 19th, yes only 16 days of Reach. wow what a short beta period, thats the worst news i've heard in a while, i was expecting this for at least a month, i guess Bungie really must have a fairly fine tuned machine already. There will be different playlist and maps available at different times during this short period, so make sure you get on everyday or so to get the full Reach experience.

Halo Reach Beta - Maps Revealed

There will be 4 playable maps in the beta that will offer both bungie and its players a distinct set of variety.
Swordbase - "A small, asymmetrical slayer map that is set in an atrium"
Powerhouse - "Will feature "party" game types like Headhunter and Slayer"
Boneyard -  "A great landscape custom built for Invasion."
Overlook - "Asymmetric map layout, much in the same way that High Ground was from Halo 3... Perfect for the NT 1 ("Generator Defense") game type"
